From the Paris ring road ('boulevard périphérique'): Exit the ring road at Porte Maillot. Take the Avenue de la Grande Armée in the direction of Place de l'Etoile (Arc de Triomphe) then head down Champs-Elysées avenue until you get to the roundabout.
